In just ONE DAY we can recreate a dramatic new space without the time, energy and cost of traditional interior design and decorating. ReDesign begins with an in-home ReDesign Consultation to determine your personal style, family needs, preferences and challenges. We do NOT ask you to remove items that you love in a room. We take photographs so that we can study the needs of each space and then design solutions. With your approval, we make an appointment to return on another day for the actual ReDesign. At the end of that day, you return for the BIG REVEAL of a brand new space for you and your family. ReDesign Consultations: from $99 Initial consultation includes a thorough interview and inventory of client’s likes, dislikes, family lifestyle needs and room function. 1.5 hours is usually necessary. Room ReDesign: from $225 Price is determined by the needs and size of room(s) and includes travel, the redesigner and an assistant (if needed). In a redesign we use what the client already owns and we may move furnishings, artwork and accessories in or out of a one space from others in the house. |

Also, most home buyers browse the internet for houses before they actually make appointment to see any house. Thus, GREAT listing photographs are extremely important. Professional, low-cost staging adds the drama and WOW-factor that makes buyers want to spend more time looking at a home. Staged homes are set apart from their competition and in this market, this is crucial. We rearrange, renew and relocate furnishings, artwork and accessories to make this HOME FOR SALE look like a comfortable MODEL HOME. For vacant homes we can provide everything that’s needed for a MODEL HOME look. Contrary to popular belief, vacant homes DO NOT sell as quickly or show as well as furnished, professionally staged homes because most buyers cannot visualize what a space could be, when it’s empty and cold. Also, most vacant rooms feel smaller. With the addition of furnishings buyers can “see” the actual, usable square footage and how it can be used. We have a large inventory of furnishings, artwork and accessories available for rent. Each staging starts with an in-home Staging Evaluation/Consultation to identify the positives and negatives of each house and to review the 6 important steps to properly prepare a house to be marketed. CONCEPTUAL OR VIRTUAL Staging: This “staging” is done only on the computer. The purpose is to provide the sellers and the Real Estate Agent with photographs of what the house “could be”. We start with a before photo and stage using virtual props and accessories to maximize the appearance of any space without the expense of actually having a professional stager visit the home and make the necessary changes. This method of “staging” is clearly marked as “computer designed/virtual staging” on each photograph so as not to confuse potential buyers as to what they are actually seeing. We can paint the walls, cabinets and woodwork, remove outdated items and replace with more updated inventory. We can “declutter” any space and show improved space planning and traffic flow. This type of “staging” does not replace actual “hands-on” work but it can provide sellers & agents with powerful tools to help SELL houses.
