Before I called Ginger, I had 27 home buyers look at my home without even one bite.  I told Ginger that the major complaint was the master bedroom was too small.  She turned the negative into a positive.  The old adage that empty looks bigger is not always true.  She arranged furniture so that the room was inviting and looked roomier than it did before it had anything in it.  All it needed was an expert to show what could be done with it.  She has a talent for blending style and neutral colors to make a warm inviting environment that makes a buyer feel like they are "at home."  Ginger offers decorating expertise at a reasonable price.  It was the best money I ever spent for marketing a home.
