Professional, low cost staging adds the drama and WOW-factor that makes buyers want to spend time looking at that home. Staged homes are set apart from their competition.

We rearrange, recreate and relocate furnishings and accessories to make this HOME FOR SALE look like a model home. We have furnishings and accessories available for rent as needed.

For vacant homes we can provide everything that’s needed for the model home look. Vacant homes DO NOT sell as quickly as furnished staged homes because most buyers cannot visualize their things in vacant spaces. Vacant spaces often feel smaller and with the addition of furnishings buyers can see the actual useable space available.

Each staging starts with an in-home Staging Evaluation to identify the positives and negatives and to review the 6 vital steps in properly making a house market ready.

We follow-up with a 3-6 page room-by-room written evaluation with priorities to begin the staging process. Afterwards we return to complete the physical staging process, usually in 1-2 days, depending on the number of rooms to be staged.
