Redesign Consultations- $50.00/hour
Initial consultation includes a thorough interview and inventory of client’s likes, dislikes, family lifestyle needs and room function. 1.5 hours is usually necessary.
Room Redesign - Starts at $250.00
Price is determined by the needs and size of room(s) and includes cost for travel, the redesigner and an assistant (if needed). A redesign uses what the client already owns and may move in or move out furniture from other spaces. Redesign gives rooms a pulled-together, designer-look for much less money than hiring an interior designer. All elements and principles of good design are considered in a redesign. We do not try to sell anything to our redesign clients. If requested, at the end of a redesign, we will assist clients in decisions for future purchases of furnishings, window coverings and accessories. A portion of the initial consultation fee will be deducted from the total cost of a room redesign.
Home FOR SALE, Staging Evaluation - $95 - $120
Price is determined by the size of the home. Price includes: 1) a walk-through of all rooms with the property owner, from 1.5-3.0 hours, 2) a detailed 3-6 page, room by room description of each room’s assets and needs, plus a prioritized TO DO list, 3)A six page general staging check list and 4) a discussion with the seller on the 6 steps to properly prepare a home FOR SALE. Consultant will also photograph each room and show the property owner why staging is critical for MLS listings and website tours.

Home FOR SALE, Staging Redesign - $50.00 / hour (minimum of 3 hours)
Price includes cost for travel and redesigner. If an assistant is required additional costs will apply. Staging showcases a house and sets it apart from the competition. Staging is NOT personalized to suit the décor preferences of the seller, it is meant to appeal to a broad range of potential buyers so that they can see themselves living in this house. Staging gives a home DRAMA and adds the WOW factor that makes buyers’ remember this particular home. Staging is best completed before listing with a realtor.
We have furnishings and accessories available for rent for lived-in and vacant properties.

Color and Design Consultations - $50.00 / hour
Initial consult requires 1.5 hour minimum. These consultations assist with decisions on everything from paint color selections to furniture & accessory purchases to flooring decisions and much more. If you need a jump-start on getting a pulled-together, fresh NEW look, then this is a good place to start. You no longer need to live with white walls, outdated window covering and furnishings.
Shopping Services – Varies with purchase needs.
Call for more information. Redesigner knows where to find the bargains and passes the savings onto the client. If your time is limited or you don’t know where to begin this is an easy answer. Shopping services use local & out-of-town retailers and internet or catalog sources.
Group Presentations – Fees vary
Call or e-mail for more information. Presentations are designed to meet the needs of the audience and range from 20 minutes to 3 hours. Topics include: creating focal points, artful accessorizing, adding pizzazz to rooms, using color to enhance interior spaces, the art of wall arrangements and many more.
Classes – Fees vary
Call or e-mail for more information and schedule of classes. Classes are held at local businesses, educational facilities and private homes. Current classes include: More Splash than Cash Decorating, Color Confidence in Decor and Staging a Home for Resale.
